  1. My favourite festival was Boardmasters in Newquay. It may not be the biggest festival there is but it was the first one I ever went to. It was one of the best weekends ever with my friends and the weather was awesome too.

  2. My favourite has got to be Glastonferry at our local pub the ferry tavern in Penketh. Excellent bands, great drinks, great people and we NEVER let the rain spoil our fun. My most memorable moment was watching the killers tribute band with strangers all having a great time singing and dancing in the moonlight with the river mersey being a fantastic backdrop. We don’t need v festival, creamfields etc…glastonferry is good enough for us! You should visit the next one….its awesome!

  3. Beautiful Days – and it sold out before I could get tickets this year….still crying into my cornflakes! πŸ™‚

  4. Despite the mud, mychoone at Matlock in Derbyshire was great. It’s purely for cover bands and is only in its third year. It was more intimate than the large festivals, which i think made it even better. Everyone was such good fun and the crowds were involved throughout. The tents were a bit soggy but it didn’t dampen our spirits. Looking forward to next year!

  5. Off the tracks festival just has to be the best – the acousitcs, the real beer, and of course the inevitable rain.

  6. T in the Park , never took them off for the 4 days, there was more mud on the inside than out.

  7. Howden – Bands on the Playing fields as part of the Diamond jubilee celebrations. Fab local bands

  8. My preference is to go mad at Womad. Mellow vibes, world music and a happy, family atmosphere…

  9. Boardmasters….music, surf and sun….ok not always garanteed the sun but setting for a festival is perfect!

  10. T in the Park , knee high in mud listening to great bands with dry feet thanks to the wonder of Welles !

  11. Glastonbury

Would love some shiny new Hunters, my old ones have seen better days, but I still love them!

  12. Glastonbury or Reading!!
When you wear wellies you have an excuse to jump in puddles! Haa! <3 Hunters!

  13. Got to be V fest in Chelmsford, can’t beat a 2 day muddy camping experience with friends and great bands

  14. We are lucky enough to live in a village in Oxfordshire that has a 4-day Festival every year (2014 will be the 50th Anniversary!) – so my favourite Festival has to be Towersey!

  15. Latitude for me! So much music to choose from, and loads of extras like the comedy, dance, literature and they even paint the sheep for us!

  16. I go to festivals evry yeaar and take my two older kids and this year I took my 5 year old to Cloud Cuckoo Land in Somerset. He loved every bit of it including been knee high in mud and no washing for 3 days! So that has to be it this year seeing his face although i just come back from Leeds and that was something else too!

  17. Glastonbury has got to be the best festival ever of amazing music and such an amazing atmosphere πŸ™‚ go Glastonbury πŸ˜€ xxx

  20. I have not yet been to a festival, but am heading for Glastonbury next year and NEED a par of Hunters for the occasion xx

  21. FestivalFest… Which consisted of myself and several friends sat on fold up chairs or picnic blankets in the local park. Donning rain ponchos and wellies, homemade backstage passes and paper wristbands. Music courtesy of singing and laughter. Best birthday fest I EVER had.

  22. I enjoy going to big festivals as well as smaller local events and the best thing about them is wearing my Hunters! Hunters are such a wonderful wardrobe item! I wear them with shorts, jeans, skirts, dresses in fact anything! The most important thing is that if my feet are dry and warm I can party on night and day come rain or shine! πŸ™‚

  23. Im afraid, its Glastonbury that rules the roost! Banging Tunes, Banging Atmosphere… i cant wait till 2013!!

  25. Glastonbury has to be my favorite, only live down the road, started going when I was sixteen it’s changed a lot since then but it’s still great and wellies are a must!!
